The man and the mentor behind Milee Outsourcing & Staffing Services (MOSS), has more than 15 years of experience in the Collection/Legal Collection Industry in USA. In 2004, he started his career in a collection industry as a programmer and system administrator at a Florida-based collection agency. In 2007, he moved from Florida to Illinois to work for a leading legal/collection software provider. While working, he became a chief software architect for a product that links the process server application to the law firm application. In the past, he has given a consulting service to a debt buyer. In 2010, he started working for a major collection law firm in the Midwest and was serving as its Chief Information Officer (CIO) until February 2019. He has an engineering degree in electronics and communication with a master degree in computer science and 25+ years of combined experience in IT, Project Finance, Marketing, Management, and Operations.
